"Hotel has great location, in the heart of downtown. You can walk around and there are plenty of restaurants around. Rooms small but clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was excellent! . Highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Dublin."

"The room was perfect for what we needed. A little bit on the cooler side, but we survived! Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Bed very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast. We used the subsidised parking rate."

"Room was adequate for the amount of time we spent in it. Bathroom could have used Kleenex and wash clothes. Beds were comfortable and temperature was good. Good location for all forms of transportation and easy to walk to anything we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful in giving us directions to meet your tour. "

"The rooms were quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff overall were ok… but not excellent. When at the pub we always had to go and order at the bar, as they are not overly attentive."

"Reception staff friendly, but room quality poor, the bathroom sink had enamel peeling, there was a loose sink tap and the bedding smelt foisty, which I didn't like. Considering the price paid for 2 rooms, I'd not stop there again in all honesty."

"This hotel was an excellent property for an overnight stay before or after a flight out of Dublin International. There is an efficient, clean, shuttle to and from the property every 30 minutes. The restaurant was comfortable, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only problem that I had with the room was the overused, overpowering fragrance that is used causing a fragrance sensitive person to have a heavy runny nose, blocked sinus and chest issues. To be fair other hotels have started this practice and I wish they would stop because it causes breathing problems for scent entice people."

"We had a triple room with single beds. It was very clean. Some parts of the room were a little dated but we couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Would definitely stay here again."
