No coffee in the room, coffee was extra charge ice was also extra charge. I wasn't notified when my breakfast was ready so it was cold and the toast was hard and dry. There no shower curtain in the bathroom The bathroom window couldn't be closed.

I walked out and want my money refunded. The place was not as advertised. It sat directly in back of a gas station and smelled of burnt rubber and gasoline. My hands even smelled of it. The room was small and the temperature was 40 C when I entered. The AC did not cool it. It was oppressive. I tried to contact Expedia but to no avail.

Excellent hidden gem!

We highly recommend the Hotel Palwa. Our third-floor room was in great condition: mattress and pillows were comfortable, Wi-Fi, shower, toilet, AC all worked very well. The hotel room was quiet, yet it is easily within walkable distance to downtown attractions. As a side note, there is a small bakery directly south, across the street, which serves the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had! Steve & Maria
