We loved our stay! The suite was clean, fully stocked & very comfortable. I appreciated the designated parking spot. We will definitely book this again when we are visit Duluth.

Very nicely decorated space, very clean, and in a fantastic area. The kitchen was well stocked and parking and entering the unit was easy. There seems to be a leak somewhere in the shower that left the floor wet but it was a very minor issue

This suite was new, clean, nicely appointed. Kitchen included everything we needed and more. Loved being part of an area that is being revitalized, and loved the two restaurants on either side of the building!
My only suggestion was to make the information about front/back door code more visible. I never did find the place in the documents that relayed the exterior door code, even after calling the property manager.
