Needs updated. Smells of cigarette smoke

Facilities are very nice. In general staff is very nice. Only complaint is $$$ but that's Vegas

The management was quick to respond to concerns. Excellent customer service! Hotel staff always friendly and willing to answer questions. Pool was closed and that would have been the only resort fee usage we would have used. Wish there was a way to opt out of the resort fee. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Clean room, very nice hotel overall. Even the gym was pretty cool the recovery amenities were impressing. Only downfall Is the casino bartenders and waitresses weren’t as friendly as other places I have been to.

Hotel needs to be redone as it is old and tired. Poor air conditioning. Paid upgrade fee for a view of the strip but only saw the back of the New Hard Rock under construction and the pool (drained) surrounded by empty cabanas. We attended shows at other hotels the same age and found those locations to be much better upkept. The pirate show associated with the hotel is not done anymore. The Cirque du Soleil-Mystere show at the hotel was fantastic. Restaurants at the hotel were decent with large portions. Would definitely choose a different hotel to stay in if I returned.
