"Hôtel qui pour moi est plutôt un 4 étoiles qu’un 5 étoiles. Il manquait tous les petits extras que l’on est en droit d attendre d’un 5 étoiles. Pas de stylo, pas de papier dans la chambre. Aucun minibar, personnel pas spécialement sympathique. La nourriture du restaurant auprès de la piscine ou room service pas génial. La plage n’est pas terrible."

"This was our fourth trip to Sun Gardens and it never disappoints. The service is impeccable, nothing was too much trouble. The grounds are lovely and it is an oasis of calm, with its own beach and choice of pools. Some excellent food choices available at the on site restaurants. Would highly recommend as a base to stay that is calm and relaxing away from the Old town, that is only a short bus, uber or boat ride away."

"During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience.
Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples:
- At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight
- At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it.
- A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant...
