"I had a great experience at Villa Nina. The check-in was easy and quick. The property was at a great location: not inside the Dubrovnik with its tourists and noise, but easily accessible with bus and boat. There property was beside a beach with great restaurants, bars and coffee on both sides. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host very friendly and helpful. My only small issue was that hot water would run out quickly but as I am used to taking cold showers it was not an issue...

"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Great location in Lapad. Host is very friendly and gave us information about the bus route to old town and a tour of his garden. Sunset beach was less than 10 minute walk and the promenade has lovely restaurants and bars to explore. Service was elite!"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the upgraded room was nice versus some of the other smaller rooms I saw. No shower, just a bathtub with no curtain in my room, but lots of towels were provided. Bedding was nice and a/c worked very well. The property could not be better located and that comes with lots of noise and church bells. I would stay again"
