Very central but rooms are a bit dark and tired. Shower temperature was wonky and it leaked. Overall disappointed as we paid more for this property than any on our vacation as a birthday treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Trinity City Hotel. The hotel was brilliant and the staff all welcoming and helpful: nothing was too much trouble. Food and drinks in the restaurant and bar were fantastic and breakfast was second to none. We would plan another trip to Dublin just to visit the hotel again. Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. My shower had an issue that I report on the first day, and maintenance did not get there until the 3rd day when I was checking out. They actually didn't even work on the repair at all. I loved the location, and the lobby was pretty. The staff was overall good.

Hotel was close to Trinity College and lots of the historical sites were within 15-20 min walk. They staff was friendly and helpful.

The lobby is lovely and having breakfast included was fantastic. It is a buffet style but the buffet was extensive. The rooms are a bit tired but overall can’t complain

Had the look and ambiance of a much more expensive hotel. All the staff were lovely. The continental breakfast was absolutely worth every euro. The airport express bus and tour bus stop is literally on the other side of the road . I would stay again.

We spent 2 days in Dublin, everything was close by we enjoyed our walks for shopping and dinner. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are good, shower pressure was wonderful; beds are comfy but pillows were hard. 4.5 stars for sure and I would stay again.

Be aware if you arrive for a late check in with a car they will tell you their valet is completely full. We then got sent to a car park in Temple Bar to park the vehicle which they said was 24 hours but was in fact closed. The staff was totally incompetent dealing the matter and the hotel is not near any other public car parks, we had to leave the car parked outside the hotel which should have been their first offer as there were other cars we noticed that had to do the same thing. They then told us we would be called in the room at 6:30am to move the car - to where exactly we have no idea because we left for an early flight. Totally incompetent and unhelpful front desk staff who seemed confused at even the thought of helping us unload our bags from the car and did not seem to understand how their own hotel worked. However room was clean and fine, but service was terrible.

I was pleasantly surprised with Trinity City hotel. The lobby is beautiful, it’s centrally located and directly across the street from the express bus to the airport and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room were rather spartan and not like the lobby but clean and comfortable enough. I would stay there again.

We liked the location and aesthetics of this property, but the staff and service were not so great. All of our requests (such as extra toilet paper) required us asking multiple times. When I asked for a service that was listed in the guest services guide (charging postage stamps to our room), I was told the service was unable. Our room was also immediately above a very loud construction site - which woke us up every morning and also scared our young children. Also, food service in the bar lounge was extremely slow - once, it took them ~45 minutes to take our food order. When we asked concierge where to buy public bus tickets, they tried to sell us a hop on hop off bus ticket (~10x more expensive).

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms are spacious and have a range of complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee/biscuits. There was construction noise from an adjacent room on the first night, but we were moved swiftly and without fuss. The Temple Bar area and O'Connell Street are a 5 minute walk away, as are other attractions, whilst those slightly further out are only a short tram trip. I would definitely use this hotel again in the future.

I stayed with my two brothers for two nights and found the room and the facilities very good. The hotel was convenient to the city centre and train services. I cannot think of anything which caused a problem or needed improving. I would be happy to stay there again.

The facility is beautiful and the staff are top-notch! The concierge staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, and everyone seems to make it their mission to make sure the guests are taken care of. Would definitely recommend!
