"Lovely comfortable room and especially bed. Hotel was very busy due to a conference on Friday when we arrived and a wedding on Saturday, so quite noisy in the communal areas. Food in both restaurants was good but service in Farenheit was a bit slow. Buffet breakfast was okay, but often seemed to run out before being topped up, so you had to chhose your timing carefully. Pastries were very good though and there was a good choice. I asked for poached eggs both days and they were perfectly cooked....

"We had a wonderful Autumnal two night getaway at The White Sands Hotel. There are four bay window rooms at the front of the hotel and we were fortunate to stay in one of them.
