Spectacular German Restaurant by the sea

The German restaurant is a great find. It’s one of the best in UAE. The chef takes personal care of diners and you will be spoilt for choice about what to order. If not for stay, go for the amazing restaurant by the sea. Live music at night and fresh desserts!

Great time

The staff were friendly and courteous. Tejas, the house keeper is meticulous with cleanliness. He also was quick when we ask for extra towels. Reception was very welcoming. All of them. Lifeguard is very friendly while vigilant. Even the staff @ Backwaters & Barako Grill gave superb services. This hotel is lucky with their staff's dedication & efficiency

Pearl Hotel is a good hotel with very basic amenities. Would have expected the rooms to be equipped with slippers, dental & shaving kits though. The information available online is not accurate. We paid extra for a "beach view". Turns out that the beach view was a smoking room and the room was very stuffy for the kids. So we have to settle for a regular room facing the pool and money gone to waste. Service staffs are friendly and approachable.

Overrated, photos on website totally different than reality “worse”, very small swimming pool with too much people in it “crowded”, smell of cooking is everywhere in the hotel indoor and outdoor, room’s furniture is too old. Breakfast was not fresh and tastes awful! Hotel’s rate per night versus value is too much. Not recommended at All!!! It was a real bad experience!

We will be back

Our second visit to the Pearl. We really like it here. It is a relaxed and friendly environment. The staff are very attentive and create a good atmosphere. Perfect for a staycation or a longer break if you choose. Close to the centre and small shops within walking distance.

Amazing in some areas not so great in others

The restaurant by the lagoon was amazing, the food was superb and prices are the best… also the temperature-controlled Pool is great! The not so good things are: the reception force you to pay a deposit fee which caught me off guard as my stay was prepaid by credit card in full. The room was facing the parking lot instead of the water side which was a boomer, and it had a water leakage in the bathroom on which I almost fell. Even when they are located by the water, there are only 2 probably rooms with water view. The facilities are great to visit and have a good time, but the hotel part is not worth the price.

Best hotel to relax in the region

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food at the Brauhaus and Backwaters restaurant delicious. The room has everything you need and wifi is working perfectly. We booked again for next month already 😂

Fantastic stay!

It was our great stay and very helpful staff at reception and all staff members. They helped us quickly to move non smoking room, thankful next room was excellent! Very nice breakfast choices, we loved it!!! Beach is little dirty. Pool with jacuzzi was my favorite!!! Overall we were very happy to return Pearl hotel!!! Thanks Pearl hotel team!

The beach very bad and dirty, swimming also it was full of people -and kids- but some couples start to have a unpleased sexual attitude in the swimming pool -the new one- without any intervention from the stuff...need more renewal as well

It was amazing, everything is perfect The staff are very friendly, the room was very clean. They upgraded our room to a pool view and it was awesome, thank you so much The food is also great we tried the german restaurant Der Bauhaus and the breakfast both were very tasty and great price. We really enjoyed this hotel, location, and amenities. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful, I am going to return and note her name when I remember it. Room service had excellent food and was reasonable for such a nice hotel. We also enjoyed the evening happy hour on the beach
