I enjoyed staying here at the hotel. Very nice and clean. Staff and housekeeping were AMAZING. Our family was not from the area and they made sure we were all comfortable. Will be staying here again during our next family gathering.

Our room was very clean. The front desk attendant was polite and friendly. Some of the lights in our room didn't work. The bed pillows were more like throw pillows for a couch. The motel was under ALOT of construction. There was a nice family restaurant across the road.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There was coffee in the room and good vending machines down the hall. The staff were very nice, too. Outside the room, the facilities were in need of a little work, but I didn’t mind that at all for a quick stay. I would stay here again.

Very nice staff here and a great price. They have been working hard to upgrade this property over the many years I have been staying here. The hallway carpeting is getting a little funky, but the room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location to I-80 and lots of services nearby. Brookville is a delightful town.

We really like staying here. We always ask for a first floor room since they don't have an elevator. The room need a littke attention. The sliding door to outside was really hard to open, the shower walks need a good cleaning. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating.

For the price, this place was excellent! It's not a place I liked being. It has not been updated or upgraded. It's visually unappealing. But it's clean. The bed is very comfortable. The people are nice. And though it was not a lovely place to be, it broke up a long drive and made my travel way, way easier.

Before I start, I want to say Thank you to the amazing staff: Mark and Christa! These people are amazing!! Now, the review: Listen, if you're a Brenda or a Karen, this isn't the place for you. You should know if you're a Brenda - do you get upset if the temperature is off by 2 degrees, do you let slight inconveniences ruin your day... If so, just stay somewhere else. BUT, if you enjoy a good adventure with a hilarious story, if chaos and plot twist get you through life - YOU WANT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! The staff is amazing and doing the best with what they have, the place was clean enough for me to feel comfortable and the breakfast was acceptable. Everything else was insane and hilarious, our room wasn't ready so we got a different room, the heat didn't work in that room so we got moved, the next room already had someone in it (opps lol), the room we ended up in was fine and then the faucet handle broke off the shower, then we realized the water to the bathroom sink was shut off with no way to turn it back on so we were able to use the housekeeping room for our bathroom needs. There was a lamp with no outlet so it was just for decoration, the sliding door to the balcony didn't open... Honestly I thought it was amazing & I laughed through every hiccup. It was a $60 room and worth it! Seriously, if I'm ever in this area again I will definitely stay here!

Terrible absolutely terrible! The hallway was completely unsafe with trashed walls and doors in the hallway and ripped and water stained carpet. The room doesn’t have any kind of lock or latch on the door to the outside, never seen anything like this it looked like it was an abandoned building

Just a quick recharge
