My room was very clean and comfortable with sheets and towels changed daily. The balcony had a great view of the mountains and lake Ksamil. "The "hotel" is more like an apartment and hard to access unless you're driving, especially if you have mobility issues. "Hotel has a very convenient location. It is walkable distance to all Saranda. Also hotel is new so all looks really good. I had to ask them to clean the room trice in a 4 day stay. It seems there is no schedule to do that, so they can be better on that, in summer can get really bad. Breakfast can be better, add scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit. They have an opportunity here."
