I messaged with the management and they promised me a partial refund of thirty percent off our three day stay . Telling me that they would have to work with hotels.com to issue it . That was eight days ago and I haven’t heard anything from either company. I tried talking with hotels.com but they didn’t get back to me . "

"Let’s start by saying what you see in pictures is not what you get! Yes rooms are small but I expect that in Asian hotels. What was a bad was. The bed is a harder than a rock! The room smelled so bad! For a towel you get a packed car drying towel you buy at a car wash place! Thin chip and rips! Next mold in shower! Stains on walls."
