"Sat in the lobby for 30 minutes with no one around to check us in, asked one person we saw he said I don’t know I work in the kitchen and she does this all the time! When she came back said she was delivering towels, never mentioned there was breakfast in the morning until 8 am. In the morning before checking out went to front desk the employee was on a personal call wouldn’t acknowledge I had a question. Go to get breakfast after we looked it up online and it ended at 8am (it was 8:10) Hotel was fine, staff can do better. Customer service training may help. "

"Parking easy. Rooms were just ok. Very thin walls. Very noisy place. Lots of bikers on Harleys parked right outside the door. Overrated in my opinion. I could say that for the whole town though. "

"Solo traveler, stopped for one night passing through and traveled with pets. Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the furnishings. Seemed to have been recently updated. The location is great, close to downtown and safe and quiet. Was a perfect and comfortable stay! Could not believe the value for the price! Would recommend!"
