We first got a room next to the elevators which was very noisy, i believe room no 310. The room was also very dark with a tiny window looking onto the next office building in close proximity. The staff agreed to give us another room but only the following day since we already used the bed to recover from get leg awoken by the noise. That was a bit ridiculous. Breakfast was good but not very well organized/replenished as it was busy. The staff also found it objectionable for us to have our breakfast in the garden although it was nice weather. At the end we managed but then dear fellow guests had to smoke their objectionable cigarettes next to us spoiling it all.

"The property is in shambles. All the outside tiles are crumbling and have to be careful where you step-such a hazard. The hotel claims to have a fitness room, but we were advised it was temporarily unavailable. The property claims to have WiFi, but none of the apps like Netflix worked on the tv bc ..."
