"The rooms were clean and cozy! We liked the breakfast, cold water accessible all day, and the Blue Hen was fantastic! My only complaint was the noise from the drunken patrons of the bar next door. We stayed at the Avenue II, and almost every night around 1am, people were yelling and screaming outside the bar. I thought there was a noise ordinance preventing that. We’d stay here again but in the main hotel."

I was able to easily find parking in the garage. We also used the hotel chairs and towels for the beach, which is very convenient."

"The room was very clean, stylish, and nicely decorated. The location was great and very convenient. The room had a refrigerator, hair dryer, and safe, but there was no microwave or coffee machine, which would have been nice to have. Overall, a pleasant stay and a great location."

"Great distance to the beach. The room needs to be updated, rusty hinges in the bathroom, the table was all scraped up and the carpet was very dirty. Walking on it with white socks turned black very quickly. Whatever they use for cleaning products was so strong when we got there, it was gross. The pool looked nice on the 4th floor but we didn’t use it. Served its purpose for a few days but definitely not worth what we paid."
