"The room was nothing like the pictures I saw on the Internet when I booked making it nothing like I expected. It was suppose to be 2 bedroom but one of the bedrooms was part of the living room. The walls and ceiling was extremely thin making the noise from the room above us and beside us very loud, people outside yelling late after I was in bed (10:30-11:00 pm). Looked like hardwood flooring that had been layed on top of carpet making the floors soft and unlevel. There was holes in the wall, the trim was loose on the floor and the couch looked like a piece of outside furniture. I was very unsatisfied, I called the the help desk and someone came to my room and told me nothing else was available. She did ask if I wanted to stay and by that time I felt I had no other choice just getting to Colorado from KY so I stayed but never again I would never have chosen Nicki’s Resort. It may not matter to some but the furnace in the living room backed up to the bathroom making it easy to see thru."

"The room smelt like wet dog! The bedding wasn’t great and there was roaches in the bath room. I contacted the management by email with no response! Stay away from this place. Ended up paying for air b&b for the our trip. Couldn’t stay in our room as it was soooo bad! "
