I didn't like there was no valet parking and it didn't mention it anywhere. Some of the ladies at the front desk were a little rude. The restaurant was very slow and the food wasn't that great at the sugar factory. Air conditioning was terrible in our room and way too cold in the casino. I was impressed. Looking forward to seeing the changes being made when hard rock takes over
