"Pool and hot tub was nice. Our shower was loud, Room was ok but was in need of some minor repair. Didn't love that there was one microwave for the whole floor. Could have used room service a bit more. Staff was nice but housekeeping was loud in the morning hours."

"The room was clean. The only disappointment I had was that the room temperature was at 68° ,when I entered the room, and I could not adjust the temperature to make it warmer. However, I called the staff to fix the matter. Their turn around time was extremely fast and the situation was resolved. So I had a pleasant night's rest.."

"I mean overall a decent place especially for the price. But only complaint would be that their payment system takes a long time to release your $75 incidental deposit if you're using a third party like this one. Unlike Hilton and all them where it's released like just right after you check out no matter what platform you use with them. Front desk staff were accommodating yet the fake kind of friendly that you can tell that they still have underlying attitude and don't want to be there. Pretty much everyone I saw on housekeeping was super friendly and maintenance as well."
