Very mature staff.

Great hotel in a great location. The receptionists are amazing and made my check-in seem less. The rooms are very clean, the only downside is that the bathroom is too small and there's no space to seat on the toilet pot.

Habitué de cet établissement pour y séjourner minimum 2 fois par an, nous y sommes toujours très bien accueilli, sans mauvaise surprise. Propreté irréprochable, service excellent mais seulement parfois un peu long, très vite oublié grâce à l'excellente qualité du restaurant, très gros point fort de cet établissement. Idéalement situé au cœur Douala, je recommende cet hôtel.

El hotel como inmueble es excelente. los servicios de recepción, el transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y la recepción en el mismo son impecables. La comida es buena en el restaurante. Deben exigir mas el horario de la limpieza en las habitaciones. De todas formas mi estancia ha sido agradable.

At check in I was told my expedia reservation had been cancelled. Not true at all. I had to check in with a pre-autorization as new guest. But once the issue got solved, the concierge and all personnel was very polite and caring, calling me by my name. On my departure day (late evening) I was given a room to take a shower (free of charge). The hotel is a standard African aged, well preserved good hotel. But polite service and excuses make the difference !
