The room was so so so warm! No aircon, which we didn't notice during booking. 4 people in a small room on a warm summer night, was almost too much. Also the extra bed (for the kids - 8 and 10 years old), was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the hotel was at a very nice location, close to a cool area with a lot of dining options. The hotel was clean and nice and the breakfast was good.

This is a 4 Star hotel in Germany, but there are no Air condition in the rooms! We were 16 people and were very disappointed about this on a 4 Star hotel in Germany! Plus, since there are no Air condition in the room, we end up opening the windows and there were lots of noise from outside till 3AM in the morning due to people partying outside! This is very frustrating to see this in Germany! People are smoking right on the main entrance and don’t care that there are people walking into the hotel!

Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine große Auswahl ist für jeden was dabei. Toll finde ich auch das man Kaffee, Tee und auch Wasser kostenlos holen kann. Sehr gute Park moglichkeiten.

Einmalige Location als Hotel in den Felsen. Zimmer sehr sauber, Frühstücksangebot erfreulich vielseitig und die Mitarbeiter vom Empfang bis zum Roomservice ausgesprochen freundlich. Hier komme ich sehr gern wieder hin.

Die Matratze war konkav und nach 4 Nächten mit Rückenschmerzen verbunden. Bei der Zimmereinigung hat man vergessen, staubzusaugen. Der Teppichboden war genauso schmutzig wie vorher.

De best denkbare service aan de receptie! Voor de manager en al het overige personeel geldt: Hoffelijk en bijzonder behulpzaam. In veel jaren zo niet meer in andere hotels meegemaakt. Mooi interieur. Prettige ruime schone kamer met heerlijk bed, voldoende kastruimte. Handige ligging. Restaurant gezellig en prima kaart. Service ook daar uitmuntend. Uitstekende parkeerruimte overdekt voor het hotel. Prijs-kwaliteitverhouding heel gunstig. Ik logeer er heel graag!
