Not bad for a short term stay. Staff was friendly, helpful. I was there for mainly football so it was perfect, short walk to Dortmund Markt where they had a fall festival which was super.

Super disappointed when I arrived at this hotel. The photos of the room were no where close to what the room was like. The photos were so far off you'd think I went to the wrong hotel! While the desk staff was friendly that didnt change the fact that my room felt very unsecured and unsettling to leave my belongs while I left the property to go to the football match. I highly recommend this property post correct photos and description of the rooms and anyone wishing to stay does their research to make sure you will be getting exactly what you thought you were getting before arriving. I personally feel Expedia needs to compensate me for false advertising as I would have never ever booked this hotel if I knew this was what I was paying for.

Das Hotel ist sauber, preisgünstig und in direkter Laufnähe sowohl zum Bahnhof als auch zur Innenstadt. Das Mobiliar ist genauso bunt zusammengewürfelt wie die Dekoration. Die einfach verglasten Fenster halten weder die Kälte ab, noch das Gegröle alkoholisierter Partygänger, die direkt unten auf der Strasse lautstark feiern. Der Heizkörper blieb selbst auf Stufe 5 komplett kalt.

Trotz gebuchtem Aufenthalt, angekündigter Ankunftszeit und offizieller Besetzung der Rezeption bis 20:30 Uhr, war um 19:30 Uhr kein einziger Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel und auch auf Nachrichten und Anrufe reagierte niemand. So blieb mir nach langem Chat mit Hotels.com nichts anderes übrig als 1,5 Stunden später mit Koffer durch Duisburg zu ziehen auf der Suche nach einem freien Hotelzimmer. Finger weg von diesem "Hotel"!!!!!!!!

Zimmer total abgewohnt,alt,kaputt,schmutziger Boden. Bad alt und Schimmel an den Fugen. Die Lage zentral,alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Direkte Umgebung, nichts für uns. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (1 Nacht),ist zweimal passiert,als wir nach Hause kamen, das Drogensüchtige vor der Hotel Eingangstür lagen. Entweder am schlafen tagsüber oder Abends, ihre Drogen am sortieren und konsumieren. Nie wieder dieses Hotel! konsumierenfüunDaabzum

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, die Ausstattung den Preis angemessen. Was ich vermisst habe ist, das es in meinem Zimmer kein warmes Wasser gab. Die Dusche im Flur habe ich nicht ausprobiert. Das Frühstück habe ich auch ausserhalb der Unterkunft eingenommen. Preis Leistung ist gut. Das Economy-Zimmer ist dem Preis entsprechend möbliert. Weil kein warmes Wasser gibt es von mir nur 4 ***

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der City also fußläufig über allen gut erreichbar! Wir haben im hinteren Teil geschlafen dort war es relativ ruhig was sehr angenehm war, das einzige was gefehlt hat war der Föhn für meine Frau! Das Frühstück war recht einfach aber ausreichend und sättigend!
