Obligé de donner notre horaire d’arrivée pendant la nuit. Du fait de notre arrivée à 3h du matin, la personne ne semblait pas très heureuse.
Déjeuner à partir de 9h, un peu tard…
Et surprise personne pour s’occuper de nous!!!!
Pas de déjeuner de servie, pas d’indication.
Personne pour notre départ. Pas d’indication également.

"A friendly welcome to hotel Caelus, a charming historic building. Comfortable room and good facilities. Nicely set up dining room and good buffet breakfasts. Tongeren old town is lovely with lots of interesting history. Lots of places to eat and drink and great shops."
"Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer im Erdgeschoss , besser wäre es aber gewesen, ein Zimmer in der 1. oder 2. Etage zu haben, damit man die Vorhänge im Zimmer offen lassen könnte. "
"Informatie en contact voorafgaand aan het verblijf, heel prettig. Super vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangen. We mochten om 1 uur al de kamer op. Nette, schone kamer en goede voorzieningen. Hotel gevestigd in een mooi oud pand, wat op een goede manier onderhouden is. Locatie midden in het centrum, toch rustig en gratis parkeren. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!"
"Property is fantastic, especially the lobby is like a modern art gallery, very lovely family running the hotel, kind, welcoming, chatty and very polite.
The only point for me, there is no fridge or caffe or tea machine in the room, although there is one in lobby,
Also for families with young children, there was some business around that may be not pleasant, to be seen by children.
There us a big shopping store next to hotel which is nice.

Ontbijt pas vanaf 9:00. Veel te laat.
Geen personeel aanwezig. Problemen met binnenkomen. "

"Heel ruime, mooie kamers met zeer mooie badkamer, bed is wel vrij hard. Heerlijk ontbijt met heel vriendelijk bediening die ook je eitje naar wens voor je klaarmaakt. Een aanrader!"
