"Overall was a great experience. Beds were better then expected(to be honest), check in employee was super nice and enjoyable to check in with-wasn't cranky. Only thing was the room was freezing when we walked in-but also temp had dropped outside so that could contribute but there was a strong smell that was not enjoyable.. had to spray room spray a few times and run the fans. But other then that, was a good experience-also cleaner then I expected for a college setting."

"Used Debit - told that the deposit on debit would not be $100, but rather $250!!! Cash only on the sundries at the counter (bottled water, etc). Annoying, but understood. Breakfast - eggs, no bacon, no sausages, no home fries...Just eggs and toast.. Yogurt, coffee, pancakes... Meh. Now, what REALLY got me was they held me at checkout to go to the room to see its condition. Really? 60-year-old couple... Why would they check the room before letting me go? I have travelled all my life...
