"Staff: My stay for the week wasn't pleasant due circumstances not under my control however the hotel and staff was impeccable and made a messy situation bearable. I want to give a personal thanks to the cleaning lady but unfortunately she wasn't in my last day. So hopefully if the staff reads this to pass her way. I apologize for not getting names else id shout out all who were of great service throughout my trip.
