早餐選擇不多，用餐限8點才能用用餐區通風不佳，有異味隔音不佳，隔壁房間進出或很晚還在吵鬧都會被影響有點遠的海景距離市中心有一段路腳踏車不太好騎

停車方便、4人房空間寬敞舒適，整體感受性良好，唯有一點是拿取鑰匙後來到房間門口，門口未標示房號，還好對房門口有標示，可以推斷另一間房號，但還是建議每個房間門口都可以清楚標示房號。房號6502。

優點：離大鵬灣近、有腳踏車可借、房間舒適、頂樓景觀佳缺點：接待人員不親切，入住時只說明房間位置，沒有介紹公用空間。浴室小且無乾濕分離，蓮蓬頭就在馬桶旁，洗個澡旁邊的衛生紙跟垃圾桶很容易就濕了，進出廁所須小心地滑。隔音不好。

環境清幽、床鋪枕頭相當的舒適、而且還附早餐。但仍有改善的空間，如馬桶座墊需要檢修一下、入住時應詳告退房時間，以及超過中午十二點需加收費用並不是臨時告知等細節。整體而言CP值仍是不錯的。

飯店乾淨整潔，赤腳起居也很安心。民宿外就是附設停車場，頂樓還有瞭望天台，晚上可以看到跨海大橋的夜景。很棒！

早餐超級不方便，要開車到外面商店拿取，浴室非常小，洗澡會卡到洗手台，浴室出來門檻過滑容易滑倒，腳濕差點滑倒，應該貼上止滑膠帶，服務態度溝通應對客人的柔軟度不夠。服務品質有待改善。
