As much as the photos were lovely unfortunately all 3 rooms were booked were filthy and we couldn't stay. We checked out and found another hotel.

Staff had very limited English.
Laundry trolley was left in corridor all night blocking the fire exit door.

"he Rex Hotel is acceptable, but the rooms are looking a bit worn. We were traveling with a friend who didn’t have a fridge in her room. I assume it had broken and not been replaced, which isn’t ideal in a 5-star hotel in a country with such heat. We also had to request housekeeping to restock water, ..."

"Hotel location is great, in the centre of things and opposite Benh Tanh market. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Good buffet breakfast and restaurant & bar is nice but a bit pricey. Staff are friendly and helpful."
