"The staff at the pool made the stay so much more enjoyable. Daniel and Raynerd were exceptional! They both went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and did it with a sincere smile and attitude!"

"The hotel outline and facilities are very well designed. Location is excellent and the beach is amazing. Reasons we don’t give it full rating: i. In-room jacuzzi cold water was not working, so we couldn’t use it. Hotel staff did not repair it; ii. Restaurants are predominantly first-come first-serve, which forces you to dine at 6:00PM or otherwise eat always at the buffet, as the waiting list gets filled up and takes too long. A reservation system would be better; iii. Room towels were missing one day and although we called 4 times, they never brought them. We had to dry ourselves after shower with sand-filled beach towels; iv. Accepting senior year crowds of teenagers and mixing this with families made us uncomfortable - too many drunk youngsters doing crazy things around kids. Entertainment team was very good. Food quality was good. Kids club is great. "

"My room had roaches, a lot of ants everywhere, the phone and refrigerator wasn’t working, staff not friendly in the buffet area. And need to provide midnight snacks ."

"Very nice size rooms. I would recommend the swim up suites. Staff is attentive and helpful. The only issue we had was the last day housekeeping was delayed and had to be contacted. "

"When we arrived they gave us one bed instead of the two beds we paid for and blamed it on them “overbooking” which was so inconsiderate they didn’t even offer to fix it just more like a it is what is situation. The ac didn’t work , the workers were very rude and nasty to us, constantly would sit us and give our tables away to others, and room had a very strong odor. This hotel ruined my entire DR experience & I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Also the buffet food was disgusting omg it was awful & all the restaurants were always booked and never had any availability. I would never go back ever !"
