"We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was wonderful. What we really loved: bathroom area and Japanese style toilet, marble lobby, room decor and lighting and true blackout blinds, lovely spa area for a quick dip and spacious storage. We didn’t pre book breakfast due to schedule but we did have it on one morning. It appears that if you don’t pre book/pay you have to order separately in the restaurant which was absolutely fine and really enjoyable with quick service and delicious food. The only small issues are as follows:the shower is powerful so one of us liked it and one didn’t but there is a bath instead. Room service is limited hours so you just need to plan it if using. The main lifts are quite slow. No huge problem but it isn’t due to overuse; they just run quite slowly. There was probably only one English speaking tv channel. Would recommend to others and definitely stay again. "

"This was an absolutely unacceptable experience, and the hotel’s behavior was by far the worst part of it. I had to cancel my trip because of the war in the Middle East—something serious, dangerous, and completely outside of my control. Any reasonable business would show basic understanding in that situation. This hotel did the exact opposite. They flat-out refused to refund anything or offer even the smallest accommodation. No credit, no rescheduling, nothing. Just a cold, scripted response hiding behind “policy” with zero regard for safety or common sense. It honestly felt like they cared more about keeping my money than about treating customers fairly during a real-world crisis. While Expedia was also unhelpful and simply echoed the hotel’s stance, the hotel itself was the main problem. Their attitude was rigid, dismissive, and frankly greedy. Hospitality is supposed to involve at least some level of empathy—this place showed none. If this is how they treat customers during serious global events, I can’t imagine how they handle everyday issues. I would strongly warn anyone considering this hotel: book at your own risk, because if anything goes wrong, don’t expect fairness, understanding, or even basic decency—you will likely just lose your money. "
