"Stayed in family/ presidential suite. Two bedrooms with en suites. Plus a lounge in-between them. So loads of space. Views good, though you have to look over neighbours tin roofs. Pool on roof is lovely. The suite is below the pool, so some signs of damp on ceiling."

"De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. Geen kitranden, losse wandcontactdozen, losse deurslot. Het bad werd niet warm genoeg. We hebben bijgevuld met de waterkoker. Het diner was een...

"Let me start with the good points since there are very few : the look of the room - beautiful Now the rest, I’m an experience traveller and experienced in hospitality and I am ensuring that this hotel can charge such a high price or the poor service provided : - we cannot driving ourselves and it’s been impossible to find the hotel : the pin location is not accurate (the hotel is located almost an hour from kandy im the countryside) and there are no sign anywhere to indicate the right...

"An absolutely wonderful place! The house is beautiful, cozy, spotlessly clean, and filled with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The breakfasts were outstanding: fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bedding was impeccably clean, making our stay exceptionally relaxing. "My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Maha, the manager was so very helpful, including assisting us to book a hotel in Kandi when it turned out that the place we originally booked was a huge disappointment. He even arranged 2 tuk tuks to take us to the...
