"Chichibu Saitama is an amazing oasis with easy access from Ikebukuo. With most izykaya's offering Ichiro's Malt Whisky just makes it even better. Many shrines are also in the area and all are easy to walk to. Nipponia is an INCREDIBLE place to stay with every aspect exceeding my expectations. Near to most everything you would want to do in Chichibu makes it even better."

"Booked this hotel as there was nothing else available in Saitama or at least the area of Saitama I needed to be in. I was HAPPILY surprised by the hotel and it's staff. First there is parking and a decent amount, as I'm a driver this helped a lot. The staff spoke limited English, but more then enough to get checked in. They give complimentary breakfast and beer.... The location is incredible being only steps away from Fukaya station. I will definitely be coming back. "

"The staff was really nice and helpful. The public bath was nice. Breakfast was fine.
The room had unpleasant smell. The blanket had some brown stains on the outside.
The bed was too hard, and this is coming from a person who prefers harder mattresses. "
