Qe were simply given a photocopy of the security company’s details and asked to contact them ourselves. The manager only gave the hotel’s main line for follow-up, and even suggested we contact HR, which felt inappropriate for guests.
Overall, the stay had positives, but the handling of this situation fell short of expected hospitality standards."
