I have been to this hotel so many but really this time I m disappointed they was not friendly and there was so many bed bugs I went to the reception and complaint over this and they didn’t even cooperate

Front desk and reservation staff have been absolutely excellent. Housekeeping has also been just great. Was disappointed that pool and spa are closed for maintenance when they were part of thereason we chose this property.

Dinner buffet at al maha restaurant needs to more arrangement , Swimming pool did not have any facilities like towels and toilets in it is closed , shifting bags from reception to room takes too much time.
