Building is quite old and it may need to be renovated, staff are a bit slow. You older a drink and it will take them 30mins to bring it. Breakfast is good and the rooms are nice and comfortable.

Dodoma city hotel.

Probably a good hotel by standards of other hotels around it, but could be better and certainly not a 5-star hotel as advertised. Have to say that the staff are very helpful and courteous and will go out of their way to assist.

Clean, comfortable mid range hotel let down by unprofessional, unwelcoming reception staff. Liked: Comfortable, clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Restaurant staff are professional and helpful. Disliked  · Horrible, unfriendly reception staff. Barely acknowledge your existence, even when you are standing right in front of them. I had to say helllo/ jambo 3 times before I got a response and still no smile or greeting back. Provided non of the expected information e.g about wi-fi, time of breakfast. Practically threw the room key at me. Same poor attitude when we were waiting to check out. She sat having a chat with her friend who just looked me up and down. Finally decided to serve me and was rude as anything saying ‘ yes you paid , it’s done’. No Asante sana. Just went back to chatting to her friend. I know this is only a mid range hotel but good customer service and a good attitude is priceless. Some staff training is required.

Overall the hotel is fine. The room is actually clean and comfortable, but some things are lacking. My room had one large towel...total. No hand towels, no washcloths. Additionally, there's no "Do Not Disturb" sign available...so you have to track someone down to ask them not to clean the room. On my last day I got back from the gym at 930 and someone was cleaning the room. Why clean my room BEFORE I check out? It was an inconvenience as she had the room torn apart and I needed to shower and organize to leave. The gym...isn't a gym...don't plan to get any workout there.

Rommet var rent og bra, men servicegrad og punktlighet er noe av det verste jeg har opplevd på et hotell. For å begynne på toppen; Noe av det skitneste bassenget jeg har opplevd. Ingen sitteplasser i skygge ved bassenget. Om formiddagen ser det ut som et grisehus etter forrige kvelds hendelser. Om kvelden er det såpass høy musikk at du får hodeverk lenge før maten ankommer over 2 timer etter den er bestilt. Som nevnt rommet var bra, men når vi ikke får håndklær på rommet fordi det er ikke flere igjen, da er det ikke bra. (Det hører med til vurderingen at vi måtte bytte rom fordi AC ikke virket på det første rommet) Men det værste ved hotellet var servicegraden ved frokostbuffeten . De 2 som jobbet der gjorde nok det beste de kunne, men her skulle det vært adskillig flere på jobb i den travleste frokosten. Når det gikk tom for en ingrediens så ble det sjelden etterfylling. I beste fall tok det 20 minutter før f.eks smør ble etterfylt. Det samme skjedde med flere varer på frokosten. Når gjester var ferdig å spise, ble tallerkner ikke fjernet og ikke klargjort for nye gjester. Jeg vil ikke skylde på de som jobbet der, men på ledelsen som ikke setter inn flere arbeidere når det er så travelt. Jeg kommer definitivt ikke tilbake.
