When we wanted to use the Sauna they were able to help immediately and provided snow shoes within minutes of us asking to rent them. Everything was impeccably clean. Everything very good except for the location. It’s not in town. E-car charging port a bit far n no place to rest while charging. Should have an eatery nearby charging port. "
