L’hôtel est bien dans l’ensemble, un des 0réceptionniste a essayé de nous recaler sous prétexte que l’hôtel est complet 669alors qu’ont avez notre réservation confirmée, mais en réalité ont est une familles sans 44femmes avec nous deux (frères et un deux oncles ), merci a 73la chef de réservation qui nous a réglé ce souci, Merci aussi a la jeûné réceptionniste très souriante et très serviable un amour . 22 Merci aussi au maître nageur Achraf qui était attentif souriant et serviable aussi .

La chambre n'est vraiment pas digne d'un 5 etoiles.! Draps et taie d'oreillers taches. Baignoire jaunie.... Mini bar 1 bouteille d'eau plate, 1 gazeuze, 1 boga pour 2 personnes.! Les boissons au repas non comprises meme l'eau pour un tout compris, pas logique. Pour 505 euros pour 2 nuits vraiment tres cher et tres decevant.

Le personnel est a revoir, manque de professionnel. Entre le réceptionniste qui est soulé de son travail, la femme de ménage qui soupire qu’on lui dis que je sors dans la chambre dans 1h, les serveurs du buffets eux alors la … ils vous font clairement comprendre que il faut manger vite et partir vite, attention si vous arriver vers la fin ( meme encore a l’heure) vous entendrez des choses et insulte en arabe incroyable avec le sourire… malheureusement je comprends tout…. L’apparence est trompeuse… 5 étoiles filantes pour cette hotel malheureusement, il en vaut 3 (sans exagération). Un conseil pour le dirigeant de l’hotel… embaucher des managers de qualités qui sauront faire monter l’image de l’hôtel. Comme radisson blu par ex, un vrai service de pro.

Hôtel très décevant! Ne vaut pas plus qu’un 3,5*. Belle réception. Grande chambre. Sdb mériterait d’être refaite, fuite d’eau et baignoire dans un sale état. Literie dans un état pitoyable, les draps arrivent mouillés ou tachés. Le petit-déjeuner est relativement bon. Pour les repas midi & soir, buffets mais répétitif. Ne tiennent pas compte des allergies. Le wifi est moyen et ne fonctionne pas à la plage. La piscine est vieille et sale. Tuyau qui se baigne avec les clients. La plage est difficile d’accès car ouvert pour les locaux. Resto de la plage payant. On est donc plus dans un All inclusive. Parc de jeux pour enfants, sale, bouteilles vides, mégots, etc. Aucune ambiance dans cet hôtel, on s’ennuie.

Discrimination des serveurs en vers les clients maghrébins au niveau du bar mascara en effet ils évitent tout contact avec nous ( ne souhaite même pas prendre notre commande) alors que quand il s’agit d’un client européen ils accourent vers eux. Ensuite, pas de diversification de la musique aucune musique orientale alors que nous sommes dans un pays maghrébin. De plus la restauration n’est pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles.

Bel établissement pour se reposer !

Bel établissement tranquille avec un hall grandiose. Les chambres sont grandes, bien insonorisées, mais les salles de bain mériteraient un rajeunissement (baignoire haute, pas aisée pour grimper dedans). Très belle et grande piscine, un peu fraiche mi avril. Magnifique jardin bien entretenu. Grande allée pour aller jusqu’à la mer sans difficultés, ou l’on dispose de tout ce qu’il faut pour se relaxer. Plage nettoyée tous les jours pour éliminer les arrivées d’algues. Très bon restaurant buffet (un seul ouvert à cette époque) avec de la variété, le tout bien cuisiné, des desserts excellents, attention à la prise de poids !.. Prendre la formule all included (malheureusement pas proposée par hotel.com ?) pour éviter de signer des notes de bar sans cesse (supplément difficile à négocier avec les responsables des réservations). Nombreux salons et bars très agréables. Animation minimum dans la journée et le soir ! Tous les personnels sont aimables, serviables et agréables, mais le traitement des petits aléas est toujours difficile avec les responsables ! Le centre SPA prodigue des soins de bonne qualité, mail il mériterait aussi un profond rajeunissement et si possible un agrandissement et un passage en eau de mer pour être au niveau des meilleurs thalasso de l’ile. La “petite” piscine intérieure et son jacuzzi sont accessibles à tous à coté du centre SPA.

Bon hôtel à proximité du golf

Hôtel est de taille humaine près du golf . Une calèche vous emmène au golf . La plage est bien entretenue. Petite animation le soir . Personnel très aimable. Salons très confortable. Les buffets …..un dîner à l’assiette bienvenu.

They made me wait forever to check in a couples that arrived after me and after all was giving stinky room at the end of the property that has broken furniture at the patio.
