"This hotel is pretty good, clean , staff are very helpful. You have access to the mall , parking is convenient. The only set back I found is the WiFi; it keeps going on and off , internet is not that great! Besides that , everything is great including the breakfast. "

"It is a great economic option. The staff give tips and travel advice. I was able to see different parts of Nicaragua and then return to Managua. Go straight to the Nicaragua Guesthouse and use Indrive or a similar service to get there. It is an excellent place for solo travellers, couples, or small families."

"Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. "Host manager was very helpful and accommodating, and friendly. Met nice guests there. AC was great, Room was adequate, outside dining area was nice and good strong coffee. Area surrounding the hotel isn't the nicest neighborhood to walk around in, but close to airport and taxi service very quick and inexpensive."

"This is the best hotel we have ever been to. It is designed, built, and operated by the owner JC Espinoza, an accomplished architect for his clients. The view is simply phenomenal overlooking volcano Masaya which had a minor eruption on Dec 22, 2024. The hotel also overlooks lake Masaya, an old volcano crater.
