"Everyone was very nice and courteous… the pools are heated, hot tubs are nice. Everything throughout the resort was kept tidy and was very inviting. The only thing I will suggest is for you to go up to the information booth for suggestions for traveling or amenities on the property as some staff will not be helpful to ask. Breakfast was free if you sign up for a timeshare (which really holds some great offers) introduction to the resort, which you don’t have to pay for, just participate for 90minutes… mine took longer than that but I did have some questions and they really tried to sell me. Overall a great experience."
