9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,030 reviews)
Great location. Near by restaurants. Close to Victoria Station Metro. Room is small but was not an issue for us. The width of the room was that of a king bed length. The bed was up against the window. Person closest to the window had to climb over the bed to get settled in. It was an oddity but overall we loved the room.

9/10 Wonderful! (4,087 reviews)
Everything was perfect in this hotel. special points to mention: I have never had a quieter hotel room, even the AC was a type that I've never seen before, it was super quiet, you could only guess because the air temp would change.
The breakfast was amazing. The staff were super helpful.
Great hotel, looking forward to come back again!
