The bungalow where we were staying was an old one, so the equipment was old and not in a very good condition. The shower didn’t have a curtain so every time there was a lot of water in the bathroom. But the most recent bungalows seemed pretty nice and well equipped. I would also have appreciated if there was a kettle in the room to boil some water for a tea or coffee. In general it’s a nice place, with a private beach. The stuff is very friendly.

First of all, staff was very amazing, friendly and helpful(even with the limited resources given to them) which we're really grateful for!! Which unfortunately we cannot say about the management. We felt like he or she (we never found out) just tried to avoid us with really lame excuses and lies(one example: we've been told that was on a meeting at night and we can meet next morning 10am, half an hour later same night been told that wasn't even at the property). Without hot water for three whole days, no compensation since it was a technical fault and the engineer fixed it(hours later, but still no hot water), we played this for three days. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional in customer service.(We asked both our "neighbours", had the same issue except for an older couple who didn't have hot water for a whole week!) Food is bland, sometimes undercooked, tasteless. Restaurant is full with flies and since the food wasn't covered... The only positive thing was the staff who tried to make it bearable but since the management won't give them options and lacks a face or courage it's not one of those properties you recommend.

Bungalow au fond du terrain, hôtel full option mais franchement nourriture bas de gamme. Réceptionniste très pressé, peu d'explications pour trouver le bungalow surtout en arrivant de nuit, nous a juste fourni un plan du site et débrouillez vous pour vous repérer parmi tous les bungalow similaires ! Pas d'indications au sol, vous laissez votre véhicule à l'entrée du site, interdiction de faire rentrer la voiture pour cause de danger avec les enfants ! Résultat si vous avez un bungalow à chercher à l'autre bout du camp avec beaucoup de bagages.... Bon courage. Dernière chose on a voulu renouveler et prendre une nuit supplémentaire mais en posant la question au réceptionniste, il nous a menti en nous disant qu'il pouvait nous donner le bungalow qu'on avait à 102€, mais un autre à 165 € !!! Sauf que sur l'appli hôtel. Com il y en avait toujours de disponible à 102 € bref pas honnête du tout !!! Seul atout de cet établissement à mon avis c'est qu'il donne sur une grande plage de sable.

Der Preis für Unterkunft bei Halbpension war schon günstig. Aber Detailmängel wie defekte Dusche sind dann trotzdem ärgerlich... Betten zu weich- aber das ist Geschmackssache. Strandlage ist schon toll. Wer wenig ausgeben möchte ist hier an sich gut unter gebracht.

Över förväntan

En riktig juvel som ligger jättefint. Tyst och skönt. Att få ligga på stranden och lyssna på vågorna, med koltrastens sång i bakgrunden var magiskt. Möjligt att vi hade tur med tystnaden eftersom vi var där off season, men oavsett fint ställe och fina rum.
