Hotel is in a perfect location, just walking distance from old town. Comfort double room is a spacious room and the breakfast is great. This is a good choice for a hotel in charming Dinkelsbuhl. Check in was a breeze, staff is friendly and restaurant options in the area are a lot!

Really spectacular! Great breakfast, great front desk. Parking was a problem, but hey, it’s an old walled city. It’s not their fault. And the value and staff made up for the parking.

Wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and available. The rooms were clean, towels and linens great. Breakfast was excellent in the hotel restaurant. The only surprise was that parking cost extra. Even parking on the street had a fee. Still a great place. I will go there again next stay.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war außergewöhnlich höflich und zuvorkommend – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Essen war hervorragend, und selbst kleine Sonderwünsche, wie ein zusätzliches Abendessen für unsere Tochter, wurden ganz unkompliziert und flexibel ermöglicht, obwohl wir ursprünglich nur Halbpension gebucht hatten. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis – wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Enttäuschend. An sich ein originelles, verwinkeltes Altstadtgebäude mit grosszügig bemessenen Zimmern. Die Einrichtung jedoch ist kühl und ohne Charme, auch im Restaurant. Die Auswahl der Speisen dort ist sehr dürftig, das Essen mittelmässig. Zum Frühstücken wurden wir in die Goldene Rose drei Häuser weiter geschickt - angeblich ein Fünfsternhotel. Die Qualität des Frühstücks löste diesen Anspruch nicht ein. Dass die Brandruine des ehemaligen Restaurant Luis vis à vis nach Jahren immer noch steht, erhöht die Attraktivität des Hezelhof ebenfalls nicht.

Het was een hele verrassing dat de hotelkamers zo ruim waren en een eigen kookgelegenheid hadden. Het waren meer hotelappartementen. Wij verbleven er een nacht, maar ik kan mij prima voorstellen dat je hier een week verblijft. Het is een bijzonder stadje en het heeft gezellige straten en horeca-gelegenheden.

Dinkelsbuhl en Hezelhof Hotel; het bezoeken waard!

Wat een mooi en bijzonder hotel in een sprookjesachtig stadje! Op doorreis naar het zuiden of terug naar Nederland? Boek een tussenstop in Dinkelsbuhl en verblijf in Hezelhof Hotel! Kamer zo groot en luxe als een appartement! En alle leuke dingen van het stadje op loopafstand van het hotel! Een aanrader!

Wenn wir ein Hotel mit Restaurant buchen erwarten wir auch das wir dort essen können, was nicht der Fall war. Müssten einiges absuchen, eine absolute -. Dazu war beim Frühstück kaos und es gab keine „normale“ Käse, und überhaupt knappes Angebot, eigentlich alles in keine Koordination. Bei ein 4 sterniges Hotel erwarten wir mehr service. Es war eher wie in ein billighotel. Das Zimmer war super aber was hilft das wenn Gastronomie fehlt.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel! Herrlich die Kombination zwischen Alt und Modern! Vom Check in bis zum Frühstück war alles Super! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Liegt zentral in der Stadt.

Aussen schoen mitten in Altstadt

Gut mitten in der Altstadt gelegen. Im Gegensatz zum Aeusseren war Zimmer modern, einfach -man erwartet sich in einem solchen -teuren_ Hotel mehr Athmosphaere und Charme.
