We were welcomed by a dynamic duo at the reception who quickly and efficiently checked us in. But they took hospitality a notch higher by how they handled our request for a room upgrade and we were all settled in within 15 minutes of arrival. Five star all the way "

"The view at the hotel was charming and the neighborhood peaceful the majority of the staff was kind. However the hotel access with the car is challenging by car. I booked for 2 people but had to ask for a blanket and another towels cuz they only provided one and a thin couch blanket on the bed so they gave me just an extra bedsheet to use as a blanket. There was rat stool and a dead cockroach in the room and the bedside drawers. "
