Excellent location, very close to the old city. Neat and clean rooms and good bathroom. There was no fridge in the room though, which is unusual, but no other issues. Limited parking spaces available but if you let them know in advance they will keep one for you.
Nice no frills hotel near exhibition center and not far from the historic sites ( 15 min walk to the start of your route they'd Centre Ville)
Kettle and tea in the room is a plus!
Hotel mentions that if you need amenities such as toothpaste etc they are for sale. other hotels provide those free
Excellent breakfast. Reasonable parking fee. But there was plenty of street parking ( tuesday)
Nice staff. They left a hand written note in the room, cute detail
Only thing I would say is to renovate the carpet in the rooms but not a big deal at all.

Exterior of the property is not great, looks like a security max prison. However, inside is much nicer than you’d expect if visiting for the first time,
Rooms are nice and clean and well appointed. Ask for a room overlooking the car park as the other side is noisy and you can hear people talking on the street in the Lower rooms. (Had to be moved).
This hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable with a nice, varied breakfast. It is within easy reach of lots of interesting sights and activities both on foot and by tram.
Staffs at the hotel were very nice.
Receptionists were welcoming and thr check-in was eeally smooth. The mademoiselle at the breakfast was nice lady.
The room was okay except for the bathroom.
The basin was clogged so water wasn't draining well. I had simple fixing of this.
The towel used in front of the shower area was already wet before usage.
Except this, I liked this place as it is quite convenient as it's right in front of the tram station.
The breakfast was good as there was warm food as well as good selection of bread and fruits.
Very spacious family room, reasonably clean. Bonus for relatively firm pillows on the twin bed. Decent French breakfast, with just the right amount of choices. Might have appreciated a vegetable or two...

The only good thing for that hotel it’s there good and professional staff. Old carpet that’s need to be replaced, old towels,.
Not a 3 star hotel. Carpets were completely stained. The temperature control on the shower drifted to max temperature 40 Celsius by itself... so you had to keep your hand on it while taking a shower. Not in the city centre. A bad sign for a hotel exists when during check in there is already another client making to the staff ... that is what we experienced.
This was our second stay here. We were on our way back from the south. Conveniently situated. We made sure we booked a parking place, even if we had to pay €10. There were 3 of us (adults) & we had rooms next to one another, which was perfect. We were in rooms 312 & 314, which overlooked the road & tramlines. Bit noisy at times, but bearable.
Love how light the room is & how you can open the window wide. We didn’t
have a spare pillow this time, which was disappointing - just an empty drawer with a cellophane wrapper in it, which indicates there was a pillow once upon a time. Comfy & spacious bed. Shower very good. Towels not overly big, but adequate. Handy stool to sit on in front of the mirror.
Breakfast as good as last time - plenty of choice.
