Went to check in 2 hours after available check in time only to be told the room wasn't ready. They blamed it on short staff. Once we were let in room, it was only partially cleaned and the one bathroom for 6 people had no shower curtain? The floor was a mess during showers&limited us to bathroom use cause you couldnt get ready while another person was in the shower. Also meant using towels to keep the floor safe for walking instead of use for druing off. Not convenient at all.

We were on a road trip and this hotel had the best staff. Ginny was the best and was so helpful with everything. She made our stay great! We got there early and she got us a room within 20 minutes which was appreciated after a 12 hour drive. She was also helpful in helping us navigate the area as well. Thank you so much!!

The hotel was clean & the staff was kind. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was that the pool was open until 10 but they closed the slide at 8pm which was very disappointing.
