"My daughter myself, and my granddaughter booked this hotel. The lady at the front desk check-in was awesome! She ran down all of the amenities and things the hotel offered. Upon entering the room, it was spacious, but could use some updating. The area where the couch is could use a separate TV. The TV in the main sleeping area was a bit dated. The hotel is convenient to lots of shopping and close to the interstate . We were instructed to park in the back of the building. We took my granddaughter to the indoor pool and my daughter went to the front desk to their marketplace to purchase a soda. There was a different front desk clerk from the one who checked us in earlier. She was waiting for quite a while as he was scrolling through his phone, once he got off of his phone, he took someone else who was checking-in in front of her! She was furious. I went back up there to purchase the soda and let them know there were no towels by the pool. He said he would have someone bring some to the pool. Keep in mind, there were many people at the pool and finally someone came with only two towels for the entire pool area. The beds were comfortable and the TV had a full cable option. The next morning we went to breakfast and we were right before 9. The attendant was picking the food up before we could make our plate! As we were checking out, there was a creepy guy who was bothering us and kept circling the parking lot. We let the front desk know. For the $ it was good. Park in the front! "
