Bed was a little hard and only 1 pillow pp on a huge Queen bed, would be nice to have 2 pp. security is very lax, anyone was free to walk in and head to stairs and lifts as reception area at the bar so no real security. Check in staff late at night were superb. Super fast no messing about. Especially the guy who helped me with my luggage & to park the car in the car park. Breakfast was superb. No complaints & included in the room fee.
