Man at reception polite and friendly. Woke 1st morning to no power. Reception advise off until 3pm. Couldnt cook our meals. Self contained main reason for staying there. No hot water, Cold showers. 2nd morning hot water lasted aprrox 3 to 4 mins.

Loved how close the cabin was to the sea and the friendly service. However, the hot water ran out and had to shower in the cold. Tv is dated but everything was great :)

Property was in a beautiful area right on the beach & mouth of river. General condition was old & worn out & very grimy. No working smoke alarm, it had been taken down & not replaced!

Good value but tired
Booked studio cabin with kitchenette for 2 nights Given directions to our cabin over speakerphone, as office closed for lunch, so very easy checkin Key to cabin labelled "BUDGET" , which said it all Bed clean and comfortable Sofa lounge in cabin to relax on Dining table and chairs present Very old hotplate/griller worked though needed a good wash first Microwave oven available So good value as able to self cater Bathroom very dated and very small Deck in front of cabin, but some floorboards a little dodgy and table unstable as one leg rusted out The cabin in front of ours was beachfront, so nice view through to the water Entire holiday/retirement village fenced for security, so had to walk out main entrance to access lovely walking tracks along the coastline Also have to drive in to Devonport for shops and to explore Overall comfortable and quiet when we stayed, as no caravans on surrounding sites Does need a little TLC

Crazy neighbours a cross the road always yelling. The deck was broken. Had no tv remote. The place was cheap. Good parking area. They had the basics for us. Stayed in a small studio house.

Close to the airport
Good place for an overnight stay before catching an early flight. Only problem was we had no where to drop the key as the manger had not made the key drop off box accessible. Unfortunately we had to leave the key in the cabin which we were unable to lock

Comfortable, well equiped studio cabin, very close to Spirit of Tasmania ferry terminal. There are newer larger cabins which might be more suitable for a longer stay. A five minute drive to the ferry, which is perfect for an early morning sailing. A ten minute drive to all the shops in Devonport. Nice quiet night,no traffic noises.

The room was ok for one nights stay
The "Apartment" that we had is just a portable type building nothing flash but it was ok to stay in for a night, it was clean and tidy, but bathroom very small, water was hot

Aged site surrounded by industrial area is holiday and RETIREMENT village. Not sure what other people are giving high ratings for. We had to pay extra for "upgraded room" as we needed to extend our stay another night with short notice. The room was far from expectations..and this was the ?deluxe or superior.. Ants all over the benches, number of spiders had made webs, mold in poorly finished bathroom, sparse room with tiny TV. Kitchenette was poorly stocked (1 wine glass and 3 water glasses for 2 guests), outside deck has a grand total of 1 plastic chair so we could enjoy sitting out there ALONE. Blinds across door broken so they couldn't be adjusted just opened and closed. Privacy was an issue as there was no way of letting light into the place without opening roller blinds so the whole world could see in. Should have just stayed at the local hotels.

Well located Caravan Park close to Ferry terminal but not so good if you are looking for accommodation close to restaurants etc. Accommodation is basic but well priced. Only real complaint was that the tea towel provided was very thin and worn, sporting a tear in the middle which rendered it almost useless. Such a simple and inexpensive thing to remedy which would have created a much better impression.

Good holiday park
This was a very nice place to stay We were upgraded to a bigger cabin at no extra cost., It was very comfortable and clean. A walking track at the end of the road takes you around the waters edge. It is a very short distance from city area. Very helpful and friendly Hosts

sadly cant recommend
The owner was lovely and check in was easy however the room was covered in layers of thick dust on top of the bed head, lamps and radio. The skirtings were also filthy in the entire cabin, I don't think the rooms actually get cleaned unfortunately. Would have left or asked for another room if it wasn't so late and we were only staying the night. Grounds were nice and cabin would be decent enough if maintained but certainly not worth the $120 a night for the queen.

Great park near Spirit of Tasmania terminal
The comfy studio cabin was all we needed. This park has a great walk along the bay to a ferry to cross to the shopping area. Close to Spirit terminal. Loved it!

Quiet stay
Room was clean, modern and comfortable. We were scared to open kitchen cupboard doors as they fell off the hinges. The blinds also need maintenance work on them. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Great budget cabins close to ferry terminal
Stayed in a studio cabin - just as described. Comfy and cosy, basic kitchen facilities, clean ensuite, free wifi - everything you really need. Close to ferry terminal, plenty of shops short drive away. Friendly staff.

Our last night before boarding the Spirit of Tasmania was spent at this neat, clean, roomy cabin. Nice & quiet within 2 mins of the terminal. Very welcoming staff.

Peaceful, close to coastal walk.
Great accommodation, helpful staff, lovely views. Went for enjoyable coastal walks, watched The Spirit of Tasmania depart. Only a few minutes to the city centre.

To be honest I didn't up staying the night Pretty much walked in and walked out. Not a fan of sleeping in a cabin with So many windows without locks. Easy access no security at all. I could've asked for a different cabin I suppose but didn't like the place anyway. That's just me.
