Nobody at front desk when we got there. 1am Note at front desk said to use phone and call some number and staff would come. NOBODY I mean nobody answered for 45min just someone started walking up from out of no where and checked us in.

Stayed for a Night with my son for a fun short trip. We are very pleased and will be back! The pool was heated which is a gigantic plus especially in the winter time. The breakfast buffet was great, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and so much more. It was quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly. We will for sure be back

The room had a noisy window unit, due to the wind. And hotel knows about it but wont fix the problem. When got to room toilet was dirty, less then half roll of toilet paper with no extra roll. I only got 1.5 hours sleep, they did switch me to a new room that next day but would discount me on the night before.

The stay and room were great . I happened to forget couple of my items which I called the facility about . Customer service is poor . I had to call 3 times one of them being 40 minutes on hold in which I gave up . Last phone call I made I was told they couldn’t locate them so there was 0 resolution and the person I talked to every time was bothered and rude .
