"Very well kept property. Everything looks freshly painted , rooms and hallways. Nice area for breakfast. Parking is $12 for your car, but may that is what all the properties in steamboat do in a tourist area? Front desk was very helpful and polite at check in and check out. Not too far from downtown Steamboat, but there is also free bus service around the area so you can avoid parking in town."

"Nice, but smallish, room; perfect when you aren’t staying in the room much. Unexpectedly good breakfast that would have deserved better coffee. Wish the soap had been liquid rather than the small bar that is hard to keep hold of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for shorter stays, room a bit small for maybe week long stays."
