"The room was very nice and very clean. The problem I experienced was with check-in. I got to the hotel at about 3 PM and was told there was no early check-in, which I completely understand. However, the line was so long that it wrapped around the hotel lobby and it took us more than an hour to check in. We were supposed to eat dinner near Ford Field and attend the Ed Sheeran concert. Check-in took so long that we missed our dinner. I travel frequently and have never experienced such a long delay for check-in before. It was really disappointing."

"Friendly front desk and Helpful staff.. Shuttle service was great. Nice room and great bathroom. Night stands outlet availability was not good.. Free parking and parking garage was great. Price was High and taking advantage of Rush concert in town but so were many other places.. Solid value all things considered in relation to other places.."
