"The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a funeral and they kindly allowed us to check in about 30 minutes early so we could get settled. They checked our room and found a problem and moved us to another room. I don't think they checked this one. This room was fine, but on closer inspection, the bathroom floor appeared not to have been swept. The shower floor appeared to have needed to be scrubbed, and the rubber splash guard had mold on it, so we ended up not showering. The beds were comfortable and we had a good night's rest. The carpeting in the hallways had been vacuumed with the exception of the doorways where it would take a little more effort to clean. They were dusty and had collected small pieces of odds and ends. I liked the clean lobby area where the small breakfast offerings were standard fare for a free breakfast, and there were many options for seating. They had a pool table, small gym and a pool, for guests who wanted to use them. The staff member who was cleaning up the breakfast area was delightful. She was efficient, but also very friendly making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, my experience was average there for an overnight stay, but I would appreciate a little more attention to cleanliness."

"The property is pet friendly. But baby listen we only booked here bcuz it was cheap and you get what you pay for. We rented two rooms the first rooms they gave us one was already occupied and the other one didn't have heat. Was refunded the first night bcuz the room without heat shouldn't have been rented, cool. The second room was the only building with proper working hot water. Let's just say we won't be back here"

"Bizarre check in process: they force you to leave a $50 cash deposit at the front desk before you even get your room key. Once I arrived to my room, I noticed there was no blanket on the bed, only sheets. I phoned the front desk, and she brought me a blanket. When I went to lay down on the bed, I noticed there were hairs on the sheets. Whatever, I was tired, I just let it be and decided to sleep. There was a crinkly plastic mattress cover under the fitted sheet. Oh my god. It made my sleep so hot and uncomfortable. Then, when I wake up in the morning, I have a shower. I go to dry my hair, but there is no hair dryer. I phoned the front desk and asked if they had one. They informed me that none of the rooms have hair dryers. What? So, I have to go out in near freezing temperatures with wet hair? That's crazy. To top it off, there were druggies and low lives loitering all over the property. I suppose they live at this hotel, I don't know. I would never return to this hotel. "
